Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

Please note: Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.


Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, processing may take 7–14 business days depending on order size.
We make our snacks fresh to ensure the best quality — this means large orders may require extra preparation time before shipping. If you have a deadline or special event, please contact us prior to ordering so we can do our best to accommodate you.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary. Nummiology is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at support@nummiology.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
